Local Highland High Grad plays with US National Team

Carson, California-Highland High Grad gets
his first opportunity to not only play for his
country but he started and played all 90min.
As the US National Team ties Chile 1-1
Saturday at the Home Depot Center.
Franklin along with 6 other MLS American
players made their first senior National team
debuts. Eric Alexander,Jeff Larentowicz,
Zach Loyd, Sean Johnson, Chris
Wondolowski and Anthony Wallace –
earned their first senior-team caps, marking
12 debutantes in the US' last two games.
