Taylor Rivas making a difference at Cal State L.A.

Rivas scores the only goal in 1-0 win over San Fransisco State.

LOS ANGELES – Cal State L.A.’s men’s soccer team kept its unblemished record intact Friday night.

The Golden Eagles got a first-half goal from Taylor Rivas and made it stand up in a 1-0 California Collegiate Athletic Association win over San Francisco State at Jesse Owens Stadium. Cal State L.A. (4-0, 3-0 CCAA), ranked No. 1 in the NCAA Division II by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America, won its fourth consecutive games by shutout.

Rattlers making an early impact in College play

Rattlers PDL team have several players in college soccer this year. In the early pre-season play these three have made contributions to their teams victory.

Temi Molina playing at Duke University in North Carolina has played and contributed in two early pre-seas0n games. Miguel Ibarra and Christian Hernandez are showing there skills at the University of Irvine Ibarra with 3 assist in two games and Christian with a goal that added
